Booty Glow is a 2 hour paint and twerk workshop! Blacklight paint is provided! Spend the first 30 minutes painting yourself and your friends in glow in the dark black light paint! A little about TML…Turn Me Loose Fitness
We offer quality as well as a variety of Pole & Twerk Dance and fitness class series from unique to traditional as well as offering NC’s BEST Birthday, Bachelorette & Girls Night Out event parties.

We have changed our Pole, Twerk, Fitness & Flexibility “brand model” to cater to those who are goal orientated, who are looking to either; build a skill set or are focused on a fitness program that will give them the targeted results they are looking to achieve. For this reason TML will no longer offer drop in classes or unlimited packages but rather an actual 6 week series PROGRAM to help our students thrive.

TML’s new enrollment series requires a commitment of a minimum of 4-6 weeks for optimum success. We do have fun events scheduled all month for those who are curious just “looking to see what pole, twerk etc.. maybe like”.  


Your workouts do not have to be boring. Whatever your goals are TML welcomes you to our supportive, fun, truly unique studio.

1. Where are you from? I'm from Durham, North Carolina.
2. How long have you been pole dancing?
I've been pole dancing for 6 years.
3. How did you become interested in pole?
When I started, pole dancing wasn't the norm. I wanted to do something that helped with fitness that I wouldn't get bored with after a week. While I was studying at ECU, I started taking lessons and fell in love with it. Here I am 6 years later and still in love with it.
4. What kind of music do you like to dance to?
I love to dance to all kinds of music. I love R&B, Rap, Trap, Indie, Pop, & Rock. I put my playlist on shuffle and feel the music.
5. What’s your favorite pole move?
My favorite pole move would have to be a reverse grab into a ballerina.
6.  Any advice to those interested in trying pole?
Don't let the pole intimidate you. Have fun and be confident in yourself and the pole.
"We had a bachelorette party for my sister, and we had the best time. Gigi has the best personality and made everyone feel comfortable and cheered us all on. We have already discussed getting the girls together again and coming back. I would highly recommend this as something to try and this is a great place to have a great time!!! 1. Where are you from? 
Raleigh, NC
2. How long have you been pole dancing? 
8 months, but have been a dancer all my life. I also did cheer and have taken various different dance courses/classes 
3. How did you become interested in pole? 
Pole was on my bucket list of things to do so I went for it took one class at a local studio about a year or two ago and that was it. Pole was not my intention when I came to TML as a student Cassandra (The most awesome boss EVER!!!) added me to her TML family and I've never looked back since. 
4. What's your favorite pole trick? 
That's hard there are so many to learn. Currently the reserve grip has caught my eye. I haven't mastered it yet but I see it in my near future.
5. What kind of music do you like to dance to?
90s RNB, Soca,Dancehall and Afrobeats
6. Any advice to those interested in trying Pole for the first time? 
Never limit yourself you'd be amazed at how strong you are physically, mentally and spiritually. You will encounter people that have negative thoughts towards pole just know that a lot of people fail to do something they would truly love because they are too afraid of what people with say or think. This is your body, your choice and your story to tell nobody else's. You deserve to know that you're beautiful bada** and nobody should have to tell you that you are.

 1. Where are you from? I'm originally from Key West, FL, but I've spent the majority of my life in Durham, NC.
2. How long have you been pole dancing?
I started pole dancing in August of 2016.
3. How did you become interested in poling? I love dancing, so I thought pole dance would be a fun and sexy way to work out.
4. What kind of music do you like?
My music selection is very eclectic, but my favorite music to dance to is slow, soulful, and sensual.
5. Any advice to those interested in trying pole for the first time?
Don't hesitate to give it a try—you don't have to be a specific size, shape, or fitness level to slink around the pole! You will be amazed how quickly your body will adapt, as everytime you rotate around the pole you are building incremental strength!
